Process Operator

The Process Operator will play a crucial role assisting in maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets, and daily machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the assigned machine / equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring machine/equipment performance and record output on an hourly basis
• Participate in daily machine autonomous maintenance before starting
• Update assigned machine log sheets on an hourly
• Escalate / report to immediate supervisor on any machine
• Participate in machine breakdown analysis sessions led by the line shift Team Leader or Line
• Observe all set safety regulations for a safe working environment based on production
• Liaise with the quality team to ensure production of quality products and be able to raise any nonconformance noticed during the Production process

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical
• Strong analytical / Troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and team
• Experience in Beverage Industry
