Water Treatment Plant Operator

Hydriva Water Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Water Treatment Plant Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the efficient processing, purification, packaging, and delivery of safe, high-quality drinking water. You will manage daily plant operations and maintenance, ensure compliance with water safety standards, and coordinate customer orders alongside our Admin & Logistics Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water treatment equipment, filtration systems, and packaging lines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and treatment systems.
• Conduct water quality testing and ensure all regulatory standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of treatment processes, maintenance activities, and inventory.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and dispatch with the Admin & Logistics Officer.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the facility.
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate in Water Technology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in operating water treatment or beverage processing equipment is an added advantage.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge for troubleshooting systems.
• Familiarity with water quality testing procedures and standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
