Description
We are seeking a discreet, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support & Administration
Calendar & Schedule Management
Coordinate and manage the CFO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Prepare daily briefs and ensure timely reminders for all scheduled engagements
Travel & Logistics Coordination
Plan and organize local and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries
Process travel-related expenses and handle reconciliations promptly
Document Management & Communication
Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain a secure and organized filing system for confidential documents and financial records
Meeting & Event Support
Schedule and prepare materials for executive meetings and reviews
Record and distribute minutes, and track follow-up on action points
2. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the CFO and both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage professional communication with partners, clients, auditors, and regulators
- Support audit processes by coordinating documentation and timely submissions
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Finance, or a related discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in an executive assistant or administrative role supporting senior leadership in a corporate environment
- Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong email etiquette and digital scheduling skills
- Exceptional written communication and document formatting abilities

- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high accuracy under pressure
- Discretion & Integrity: Handles sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism
- Communication: Clear, courteous, and effective in both written and verbal interactions

Remuneration & Benefits
