Bytech Credit Limited is a leading credit provider committed to transforming lives through innovative, accessible, and responsible lending solutions. As we expand our reach across Kenya, we are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Team Leaders to manage branch operations and drive performance.

• Rukanga Branch – 1 position
• Mbita Branch – 1 position
• Butere Branch – 1 position
• Bamba Branch – 1 position

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Loan Officers within the branch.
• Drive branch targets by overseeing loan acquisition, client recruitment, and product promotion.
• Monitor loan processing, approval, disbursement, and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Conduct regular team training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Manage and monitor loan portfolio performance to ensure high repayment rates.
• Oversee collections and enforce recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.
• Foster strong community relationships and uphold the company’s image at the branch level.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any client issues efficiently.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Finance, or a related field (Higher qualifications are an added advantage).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a leadership role in Microfinance or Digital Lending.
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet or exceed performance targets.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, lending procedures, and loan recovery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with the local area and community engagement is a plus.
