The Role:
As a Sales Attendant, you will be the face of our brand. You will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining the high standards of our retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers politely and professionally, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
• Sales & Product Knowledge: Provide accurate product information to support purchasing decisions; actively promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve sales targets.
• Operations: Process sales transactions (cash, card, mobile payments) accurately and efficiently.
• Merchandising: Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock Control: Safeguard stock, prevent losses, and ensure proper stock handling procedures are followed.
• Administration: Operate POS systems, ensure proper cash handling and daily banking, and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for a positive resolution.
• Compliance: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety/security regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in retail sales.
• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attributes: Integrity, honesty, and accountability in handling cash and stock.
• Personality: Friendly, professional, and presentable with a positive attitude.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including [weekends/evenings as applicable].
