Description
Finlay Brushware Ltd is seeking to recruit a competent and experienced HR Assistant to support HR operations within a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3years HR working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience handling unionized and outsourced employees
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and records management
- Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Available for immediate engagement
Salary: Gross KSh 50,000
