Human Resource Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Supervisor to join our client's team in the manufacturing or construction sector. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting workforce productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

• Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.

• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and statutory regulations.

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Maintain accurate HR records, payroll inputs, and attendance management.

• Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Construction environment.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional Certification: CHRP-K or IHRM membership is an added advantage.

• Skills: Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems.

• Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
