Description
Natural Justice is an organisation rooted in the struggles of communities in Africa. As a team of pioneering lawyers and legal experts, we specialise in human rights and environmental law in pursuit of social and environmental justice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on strategic impact assessments and litigation support.
- Assist in policy and legal reform initiatives.
- Empower communities through legal education and support.
- Conduct research and communicate findings.
- Manage projects and report on activities.
- Handle finance and administration duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Knowledge of constitutional, human rights, land, and environmental law.
- Passion for environmental law and advancing marginalized communities’ rights.
- Strong communication, research, and program management skills.
Competencies:
- Integrity, motivation, and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
