Data Management Processor(Data Entry)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Data Management Processor to support data entry, management, and analysis tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in data handling tools, exceptional typing skills, and a solid background in business, accounting, or statistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and process data with a typing speed of at least 200 characters per minute (CPM) and 100% accuracy.
• Organize, validate, and maintain data integrity within various databases and systems.
• Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and other formulas.
• Generate and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Assist in the automation of data processing tasks and workflows.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional typing speed of at least 200 CPM with 100% accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables, and charts).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
