Mezza – Home of the Best Shawarma, Burgers, and Grilled Sandwiches in Nairobi – is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at our outlet. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, service, and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and staff performance
• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Manage stock levels and coordinate orders
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree (BA/BSc/HND)

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an added advantage

• Strong leadership and communication skills
