  • The Front Desk Trainee will assist in managing front office operations, including welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional, courteous manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
  • Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out protocols
  • Provide support during events, meetings, or official gatherings
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
