Operations Manager

Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client in the retail industry, is seeking a passionate, professional, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate retail operations across multiple departments and branches. This senior role is ideal for an experienced leader who excels in operational oversight, process optimization, and team coordination within a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple retail departments and branches.

• Manage end-to-end inventory control, procurement, and cashiering processes in high-volume retail settings.

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and performance standards.

• Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies.

• Ensure excellent customer experience through streamlined operations and service excellence.

• Lead, train, and supervise operational staff across various branches and functions.

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and financial metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in retail operations, procurement, or operations management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.

• Proven experience in managing large SKU inventories and complex stock control systems.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in using retail management software, POS systems, and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic retail landscape.
