Operations Manager

We are hiring a results-driven leader to oversee daily store operations across all branches. You'll drive efficiency, lead high-performing teams, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and maintain sweet brand standards - all while keeping things rolling smoothly!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to brand and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory, control wastage, and streamline ordering processes.
• Lead and mentor staff; handle recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Track sales, manage expenses, and support financial reporting. 
• Lead new store setups and drive operational strategies for growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar Food & Beverage or retail operations role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, inventory, and finances effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Degree/Diploma in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
