Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director for a well-established Lebanese & Continental foods restaurant located in Parklands, Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and personal support duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointment bookings.
- Maintain filing systems, handle correspondence, and prepare reports.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination.
- Conduct basic research, manage confidential documents, and support in personal tasks where needed.
- Liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers on behalf of the MD.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- KCSE (O’Level) Certificate with a minimum grade of C-.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or related field.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Trustworthy, professional, and well-presented.
