Getthrivin is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service principles, and a passion for problem-solving. Basic computer literacy, a typing speed of at least 40 WPM, and experience with CRM tools are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support:

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
    • Resolve complaints, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. CRM Management:

    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions.
    • Update customer records and maintain accurate data entry in the system.
  3. Problem Resolution:

    • Identify customer issues and troubleshoot effectively to ensure timely resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  4. Documentation:

    • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
    • Prepare reports on customer trends and recurring issues.
  5. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Getthrivin’s products and services to offer informed assistance.
    • Provide customers with guidance on product features and usage.
  6. Process Adherence:

    • Follow company procedures and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
    • Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communication, or Customer Service).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite or similar).
    • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
    • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
