Getthrivin is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of customer service principles, and a passion for problem-solving. Basic computer literacy, a typing speed of at least 40 WPM, and experience with CRM tools are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
CRM Management:
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate data entry in the system.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify customer issues and troubleshoot effectively to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Documentation:
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Prepare reports on customer trends and recurring issues.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Getthrivin’s products and services to offer informed assistance.
- Provide customers with guidance on product features and usage.
Process Adherence:
- Follow company procedures and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communication, or Customer Service).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite or similar).
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher.
- Knowledge and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
