Lloyds Capital Limited, a leader in providing innovative financial solutions, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen client engagement and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the company’s title deed loan products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate potential and existing clients on the benefits of title deed loans and other financial solutions offered by the company.
  • Assess client financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow up on loan applications, ensuring a smooth and timely approval process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and credit departments, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth through customer referrals and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide market feedback to the management team to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, especially title deed loans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a proven ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
