The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the company’s title deed loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Educate potential and existing clients on the benefits of title deed loans and other financial solutions offered by the company.
- Assess client financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up on loan applications, ensuring a smooth and timely approval process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and credit departments, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through customer referrals and networking.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide market feedback to the management team to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of loan products, especially title deed loans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to build long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
