Mechanical Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Quality Control Engineer to ensure that all mechanical engineering works are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and international quality standards. You will play a key role in minimizing defects and ensuring reliable system performance across all installations—from steam gathering pipelines to turbogenerators.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality control procedures and standards.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions when needed.

• Prepare quality data reports and analysis for management review.

• Review technician records and reports to ensure accurate data entry.

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on mechanical components and systems.

• Inspect steam turbine assemblies, generators, and Heat Rejection Systems for proper alignment, cleanliness, and effective welding.

• Oversee quality control for installations of wellhead equipment, separators, steam gathering systems, and reinjection pipelines.

• Witness Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on high-temperature piping and pressure vessels subject to thermal fatigue.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related project execution role.

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations.
