About the Role: Human Resource Specialist

As we continue to scale our impact, we are looking for a Human Resource Specialist who is passionate about shaping a dynamic, purpose-driven work environment. In this role, you will optimize HR operations and support the continued growth of our business by improving systems, driving efficiencies, and supporting the development of our most valuable resource—our people.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Support: Streamline HR processes across multiple functions, including payroll, attendance tracking, and employee relations. Implement systems that drive accuracy, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Ensure fair treatment of staff, optimize performance management, and ensure alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
- HR Data & Reporting: Leverage HR analytics to guide decision making and provide actionable insights that support business strategy.
- HR Systems Optimization: Drive improvements in HR systems, ensuring they meet business needs and enable smooth HR operations across the company.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to ensure employees receive timely, constructive feedback and support their development.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with mandatory membership to IHRM.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on process optimization, employee relations, and system improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
- A deep understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices in Kenya.
- A passion for improving people operations and contributing to a culture that values growth, inclusivity, and innovation.
