Human Resource Manager

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to join Oneway Facilities Management Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and developing a high-performing workforce. You will oversee all HR functions and ensure that the company’s human capital is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Manage employee relations and address workplace issues professionally.

• Coordinate performance management processes and support staff development.

• Handle disciplinary processes in line with company policy and Kenyan labour laws.

• Ensure HR compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment practices.

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

• Relevant professional HR qualification and/or membership of an appropriate professional body.

• At least 4 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or senior HR experience.

• Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

• Good understanding of Kenyan employment practices and HR compliance.

• Experience managing a large or multi-site operational workforce is an added advantage.
