Human Resources Officer

Akiligroup is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and payroll processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development programs.
• Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance to management on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on workforce trends and organizational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CHRP, IHRM) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
