Vaal Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our communication team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, delivering top-notch service, handling inquiries, and supporting our sales and client relations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about property listings, appointments, and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vaal Real Estate’s properties and ongoing promotions.
- Log customer interactions, issues, and feedback into the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to support customer engagement.
- Assist in scheduling property viewings and following up on client appointments.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Monitor call metrics and contribute to improving customer service strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center, customer success, client relations, or sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and performance tracking tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about customer service and real estate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
