Aisela Logistics Limited is looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media & Content Manager to strengthen our digital presence and showcase our projects, products and services across our social-media platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who can turn real business activities into engaging content—from a container arriving at the yard to fabrication, completed projects, deliveries and behind-the-scenes operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute Aisela's social-media content strategy.
Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Develop weekly/monthly content calendars.
Conceptualize, shoot and edit photos, Reels, TikToks and short-form videos.
Write engaging captions, headlines and calls-to-action.
Cover company projects, fabrication works, deliveries, products and events.
Identify relevant social-media trends and adapt them appropriately for the Aisela brand.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Monitor social-media performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
Track engagement, reach, leads and audience growth.
Develop campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, enquiries and sales.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to identify content opportunities.
Manage and organize digital content and media assets.
Support paid social-media campaigns where required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience managing social-media accounts professionally.
Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Strong experience in content creation and short-form video production.
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social-media analytics.
Experience with paid social-media advertising is an added advantage.
Photography/videography skills are highly desirable.
A portfolio or examples of previous social-media work are required.
