Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with a background in Electrical Engineering to oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Experience in the National Youth Service (NYS) will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage electrical engineering projects according to set timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment required for project implementation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government agencies where necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in managing projects, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
• Experience in the National Youth Service (NYS) will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
