Quality Control Assistant 

We are a leading juice manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality beverages that meet and exceed customer expectations. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Control Assistant to join our Quality Department and ensure excellence in our production operations.

Position Summary

The Quality Control Assistant will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining machine functionality, and promoting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the factory. This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.

• Liaise with the maintenance team to address machine breakdowns promptly.

• Ensure all plant machinery is cleaned thoroughly after production.

• Monitor and ensure continuous functionality of production equipment.

• Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure machines produce the required output in terms of quantity and quality.

• Train production staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Food Science Technology (Essential); Degree in Food Science Technology (Desired).

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of progressive working experience in a food or beverage processing environment.

• Additional Training: Training in Quality Control, Standards, and Auditing is an added advantage.
