Description

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, sourcing buyers and sellers, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and closing real estate transactions. You will play a key role in promoting properties, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Listing and Acquisition

  • Identify and secure new residential, commercial, or land listings.
  • Conduct property assessments and advise on pricing strategies.
  • Ensure property listings are current and accurately detailed, including professional photographs and descriptions.

2. Client Prospecting and Relationship Management

  • Source and maintain a network of potential buyers, tenants, and property owners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate properties.

3. Marketing and Promotion

  • Promote properties via online platforms, social media, flyers, and signage.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive marketing content and property descriptions.
  • Coordinate staging, video tours, and professional photography as needed.

4. Property Viewings and Site Visits

  • Organize and lead property tours for interested clients.
  • Clearly present property features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Address client inquiries with in-depth property knowledge.

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure

  • Facilitate and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and sale/lease terms.
  • Advise clients on pricing, legalities, and current market trends.
  • Ensure completion of all documentation prior to closing transactions.

6. Transaction Coordination

  • Collaborate with legal teams, lenders, surveyors, and valuers to streamline transactions.
  • Track payments, deposits, and necessary documents.
  • Support clients through the agreement signing process.

7. Market Research and Analysis

  • Stay current with real estate market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
  • Share insightful market data with clients to guide decisions.
  • Monitor supply and demand patterns in key areas.

8. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to real estate laws and company policies.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of all client communications and transaction documents.

9. Target Achievement and Reporting

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field (1+ years preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of property markets and trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for site visits.
