Procurement Officer

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with experience in the fibre, internet, telecommunications, or ICT industry to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase fibre, network, ICT, and general operational materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier deliveries, lead times, and quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Work closely with technical, finance, stores, and operations teams.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the fibre, internet, telecommunications, ISP, or ICT industry.
• Good knowledge of networking/fibre-related equipment and materials is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
