Description
Deanesh Hospital is seeking to recruit four (4) qualified and compassionate Nurses to join our healthcare team in Nairobi. The successful candidates will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and uphold professional nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during medical interventions
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection prevention and hospital standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical and observational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and emotionally resilient
