Lloyds Capital Limited is seeking a Customer Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist clients with general information regarding company services, especially title deed loans.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Manage office supplies, ensure front desk materials are well-stocked, and support administrative duties.
  • Maintain client records, update databases, and ensure proper documentation of inquiries.
  • Assist in processing loan applications by collecting and verifying customer documents.
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in Front Office, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, banking, or financial services setup.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
