Our client is urgently hiring a Filing Clerk to join their team. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is highly organized and capable of maintaining orderly and efficient filing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital documents.
- Retrieve files and documents as requested by staff or management.
- Ensure all records are stored in the appropriate locations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, and data entry tasks as needed.
- Support general administrative duties within the office.
Requirements
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
