Assistant Manager

To support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, meeting departmental goals, and leading cross-functional teams. The Deputy Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and driving growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and lead staff to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure effective supply chain coordination.
• Participate in budget planning, cost control, and expenditure tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in operations and product handling.
• Support the manager in implementing strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and brand competitiveness.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and performance reviews for management.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build capacity and morale.
• Analyze data trends and make recommendations for improvement in sales and operations

Qualification and Experience

• Diploma in Business Management, Sales, Human Resource or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the FMCG sector.
• Proven experience in sales, operations, or inventory management is an added advantage.
