As we expand our presence, we are looking for a Branch Manager who is passionate about leadership, service delivery, and business growth to join our team in Narok.
Job Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance and management of the Narok branch. This role demands a proactive and strategic leader who can drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and manage a motivated team to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be accountable for customer satisfaction, financial performance, team development, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to achieve business goals and maintain high morale.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operations including customer service, cash flow, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, local stakeholders, and partners.
- Ensure the branch complies with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal standards.
- Represent the company at community outreach programs and local events to enhance visibility.
- Prepare timely reports for senior management on branch activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in branch or business management, preferably in retail, financial services, FMCG, or service-based industries.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong knowledge of business development, customer service excellence, and operational controls.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
- Familiarity with the Narok market, including local consumer behavior and competitor landscape, is a strong advantage.
