Office Administrator

Phoenix Capital is a dynamic and fast-growing financial services company offering tailored solutions to meet our clients' diverse needs. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator for our Thika branch to coordinate daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises and workstations at all times.
Handle the procurement and management of office tea, snacks, and general supplies.
Maintain an efficient filing system for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other official documents.
Coordinate office activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and handle correspondence including emails, letters, and packages.
Track and maintain inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when stock is low.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Conduct daily audits of cars being tracked and provide timely reports in the morning, lunchtime, and evening.
Handle the renewal and compliance of business and statutory certificates (e.g., KRA, County licenses).
Support in various administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
