Security Officer

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The successful candidate will maintain a secure environment through regular patrols, access control, and prompt response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises and verify visitors, staff, and vehicles.

• Conduct routine patrols to prevent and detect security breaches or unsafe conditions.

• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.

• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and safety hazards in a timely and accurate manner.

• Enforce company security policies, rules, and procedures.

• Assist employees, visitors, and clients when required.

• Maintain clear and accurate security records and occurrence reports.

• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a KCSE certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Ability to remain alert, calm, and professional under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of emergency and safety procedures.
