Ziarra is an Online Travel and Tours company, dedicated to offering our clients the most exciting, reliable and affordable travel experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Account Manager(Tours and Travel) to join our growing team and help us expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings, revenue, and customer base. Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring excellent customer service. Provide support from the initial inquiry through to post-tour feedback.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns that drive sales. Utilize digital platforms to promote tours and increase brand visibility.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, train, and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adjust the company’s offerings accordingly.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and answer client and service providers’ inquiries regarding tour itineraries, pricing and logistics.
- Feedback: Gathering feedback to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and tour management within the travel and tourism industry. Preferable three (3) years’ experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in a Business related field or Tourism; Business Administration, Hospitality or Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for travel, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of online booking systems and travel software.
- Experience in marketing and digital tools (social media, email marketing, CRM systems).
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
