Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information about Denri Africa’s products and services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role is an added advantage.
• Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
