Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our Nairobi-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all users on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer complaints, queries, and account-related issues effectively.
  • Educate users on how to use the platform, including betting procedures and features.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kwikbet’s services, policies, and promotions.
  • Monitor customer interactions and report recurring issues or trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or at least 2 years of college education. A Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Fluent in both Kiswahili and English—spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity or interest in sports betting and the sports industry is a significant plus.
