Lloyds Capital Limited is seeking a Customer Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and professional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist clients with general information regarding company services, especially title deed loans.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for management and staff.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Manage office supplies, ensure front desk materials are well-stocked, and support administrative duties.
- Maintain client records, update databases, and ensure proper documentation of inquiries.
- Assist in processing loan applications by collecting and verifying customer documents.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Front Office, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, banking, or financial services setup.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
