Link2Care is a social enterprise based in Nairobi, Kenya, committed to advancing maternal healthcare in Kenya. We provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality ultrasound and point-of-care testing (POCT) services to underserved communities, ensuring that no mother is left behind.

We currently collaborate with 30+ health facilities across Nairobi, reaching almost 1,000 expectant mothers in low-income communities with essential antenatal care services and health education. By combining innovation with compassion, we aim to close the maternal health gap and build healthier futures for mothers and their babies.

As our Customer Service Assistant, you’ll drive our customer engagement strategy, blending community mobilization with savvy digital campaigns. You'll be on the frontline of shaping how expectant mothers and their families connect with our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and in-person with professionalism and warmth
  • Support patient appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and service reminders
  • Handle client data entry, maintain accurate records of visits and payments
  • Assist in managing loyalty points and referral programs
  • Help coordinate logistics for outreach events (e.g. confirm client lists, venue readiness)
  • Receive and resolve client complaints or escalate as needed
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with the team
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Marketing team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on customer service experience, ideally in health sectors;
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Kiswahili;
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
