Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service and meet sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Implement strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational processes.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, and make informed decisions to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders for seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a busy supermarket environment – this is mandatory.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
