We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Representative to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen brand presence by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain and update territory and administrative systems/processes to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and medical staff.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure uninterrupted product availability at the dispensing points.
• Ensure timely payment collection on all sales made.
• Analyze client needs, identify market gaps, and provide tailored solutions to meet client demands.
• Gather market intelligence and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on medical and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or any related medical/science field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and selling skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in handling anesthesia and psychiatry products is a strong advantage.
