Barista

Can you steam, swirl, and serve like a coffee champ? We're on the hunt for a Barista who knows their way around an espresso machine, can pour the perfect latte art, and keeps the good vibes brewing all day long. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a range of hot and cold beverages per company standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Follow recipes, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines strictly.
• Provide friendly service and suggest beverage/pastry pairings. Clean and maintain coffee equipment and workstations. Monitor stock levels and notify manager for restocking.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Check coffee quality and freshness throughout the day.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a barista in a café, bakery, or Food & Beverage outlet with high foot traffic.
• Proficiency in operating professional espresso machines and grinders.
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and basic latte art.
• Fast, efficient, and capable of multitasking during busy hours.
• Friendly, customer-centric attitude and strong communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
