Admin Intern – Sales Support

Support the sales and service teams by maintaining accurate client data, qualifying leads, managing inquiry responses, and ensuring internal coordination across Clean Space’s diverse offerings (cleaning, pest control, equipment, landscaping, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Segment leads by service interest: cleaning, fumigation, hygiene supply, or gardening.
  • Support Sales Executives by identifying bundled service opportunities from prospect inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments that align with service-specific teams (e.g. fumigation vs. deep cleaning).
  • CRM Management & Reporting
  • Maintain client records that indicate service categories engaged and follow-up timelines.
  • Create weekly dashboards showing inquiry volume per service and conversion rate by type.
  • Track repeat client behavior (e.g. quarterly landscape refreshers or monthly office sanitation).
  • Social Media & Inquiry Handling
  • Respond to DMs and form submissions with service-specific scripts (e.g. what’s included in garden design vs. deep cleaning).
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure accurate service coverage in campaigns.
  • Forward time-sensitive inquiries (e.g. last-minute fumigation requests) promptly.
  • Admin & Coordination Support
  • Organize service-specific quotation templates and checklists.
  • Ensure that operational teams receive accurate job briefs (e.g. pest control team vs. cleaning crew).
  • Assist in preparing documentation or contracts for ongoing supply services (e.g. bins, dispensers).
  • Professional Development
  • Learn the scope and value of each service line to better support field teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements and client experience enhancements.
  • Prepare to transition into Sales Coordinator or Admin Officer roles with service depth.

Who We Are Looking For

  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong client-centric approach. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Communication, or IT
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with customer support and data tracking
  • Interest in facility management or service industry operations is a bonus
  • A fast learner, team player, and problem-solver
