Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Valley Hospital located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, delivering exceptional customer support, communicating effectively with clients, and offering top-notch customer service on a daily basis.
